Description:
Penelope makes two dimensional and three dimensional mixed media textiles. Painting and machine embroidery are combined in her panels, hangings and large and small glazed works. Textiles are also made combining machine embroidery with hand made felt. The coast in North Devon and the natural environment are her main design source. Commissions through the Devon Guild are welcome.
