Exquisite, modern classic, quality silk scarves, shawls, ties and bow ties, designed, hand printed and painted by Carol in her studio. Her work is timeless and striking, being greatly influenced by such artists as Charles Rene Mackintosh, Frank Lloyd Wright, Bridget Riley and Terry Frost, also Zen and geometry. Her unique pieces are individually hand printed and painted in her studio often breaking boundaries with printing techniques. Scarves long and square in luscious crepe de chine and crepe georgette silk, shawls with matching evening bags, ties, handkerchiefs, bow ties are a part of Carols range but she will accept challenging commissions including corporate ties, scarves and hangings. |
