1. Delivery - We aim to dispatch goods within a week of the exhibition ending. All crafts that weigh less than 10kg are posted using the Post Office’s Special Delivery Service and are fully insured to the value of the piece. If the item is over 10kg the price for postage will be on application.  If you are unable to be at home, then please advise us of an address that will receive the goods on your behalf. The charges are based on UK deliveries only.

2. Orders and Returns - We believe that you will be delighted with your purchase, but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. You can return your order in its original condition to:

Please do this within 7 working days of the date on which you receive it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. We regret we are unable to accept returned earrings due to hygiene reasons. For your own protection we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery. If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, we will also pay you the cost of the return postage.Please contact us regarding any damages to the purchased item within 7 working days of the date on which you receive it.  

3. Payment Details - All major credit and debit cards are accepted and are treated with discretion. The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds sterling.
