The Devon Guild of Craftsmen is a Registered Charity (No. 296568) and needs continued support to help us create opportunities for craftspeople in the South West and develop our role as an educational charity. 

Big Hand, Little Hand helps place artists in schools where children learn about craft and new ways of designing and making. Workshops encourage imagination and ideas in children of all educational backgrounds and help people experience the life-changing power of creating through making.

2010 EVENTS
Frank Martin's BIG WALK for Big Hand, Little Hand:

Frank is a Devon potter and Guild Trustee. He is trekking 630 miles of the South West coastal path for our educational charity. All donations will help Big Hand, Little Hand continue to fund more projects in schools in 2010 and beyond. Your donation will go towards our educational work, helping teach creative skills for the future. So please sponsor Frank!

2010 Raise the Roof Appeal:
We urgently need funds for repairs to the roof of Riverside Mill as further deterioration will damage our public facilities and threaten access to the craft centre and gallery. We are running regular charity events to aid the appeal. To help out and make new friends at these events: find out more or contact us.

 

By making a donation to The Devon Guild of Craftsmen (Registered Charity No. 296568) you can help us continue our educational activities in schools. Your donation will be used to help us reach more children and to support our exhibition programme which tours to national venues. Your help will also allow us to support more makers based in the South West and also to help maintain our centre in Bovey Tracey. You may specify support for our building repairs.
