Disabled Access

Access has been substantially improved in our recent £1 million refurbishment - with ramped entrance, lift to the first floor, good aisle widths in shop and cafe, and improved marketing and interpretative materials.

An Access leaflet is now available detailing all our access improvements. This and our events brochure are available in large print, braille and audio formats on request.

There is a disabled parking space in the adjacent Riverside Inn car park.

Our refurbishment has improved access for all by :

• Providing a lift to the first floor cafe and roof terrace
• Improving signage and interpretation for the visually impaired
• Levelling floors and installing ramps in ground floor areas
• Increasing width of aisles and improving designs of display areas to allow access for all
• Installing disabled toilet facilities
