   regularly providing funding for The Devon Guild, The Arts Council is national development agency for the arts in England    is a national directory of contemporary visual artists with opportunities    one of Devon’s best known contemporary fine art galleries. Based in Budleigh Salterton it is famous for it's collection of limited edition, original prints.  a creative centre in North Devon integrating gallery, sculpture garden and restaurant.  for Jill Kennedy's South West based creative textile, embroidery and mixed media workshops, usually held at Serendipity, Seale Hayne, including a new computer embroidery design and digitising course. Her website is a mine of information about textile projects, books, gallery, shop plus blog and newlsetter.

   Dartmoor Arts is an artist led organisation that combines creative and critical debate with teaching art and crafts skills and techniques. They host a busy summer school week (in Drewsteignton, Devon - July/Aug) and year round programme of events and artists' talks, bringing excellent speakers to the South West.   Devon Artist Network is a resource for all visual artists and craftspeople in Devon supporting artistic development, networking and discussion.

   The Gloucestershire Guild of Craftsmen promotes contemporary designer crafts.   The Mythic Garden in Drewsteignton, presents sculpture in a five-acre woodland setting.  North Devon Arts is a fantastic networking group of professional and amateur artists with events and opportunities..

The People's Republic of South Devon  A regularly updated news and events site featuring arts the environment and current affairs throughout South Devon and beyond. West Dean College (nr Chichester) runs over 700 many craft related short courses
