South West Artists' Auction - Work For Syria - Fri 20 Jul 2018 -Fri 20 Jul 2018


Some of the South West’s leading artists – including many members of the Devon Guild of Crafstmen – are donating work to an Art Auction to raise money to help a Syrian refugee family. The auction will take place at the Devon Guild of Craftsmen, Bovey Tracey, from 6pm on Friday 20th July 2018. At least 40 lots are expected to be available for sale.

All profits from the auction will go to Home From Home - a group based in the rural community of Moretonhampstead, whose aim is to enable at least one Syrian refugee family to rebuild their lives in safety in the Dartmoor town.

Artists who are confirmed to be taking part so far include:
Peter Randall-Page, Merlyn Chesterman, Rosie Sanders, Anita Reynolds, Anne Bruford, Veronica Gould, Mei Lim, Michael Edwards, Debby Mason, Michael Honnor, Jan Brewerton, Tim Andrews, Jenny Southam, Sandy Brown, Janine Partington, Julia Manning, Rachel Sumner, Beverley Beeland, Blandine Anderson, Ross Emerson, Taja, Jonathan Chisell-Jones, Clive Bowen, Jess Davies, RAMP Ceramics, Isabella Whitworth, and Penny Simpson.

More artists are expected to join the list before the auction date.
