The Making Table: sociable crafting sessions - make & learn! - Thu 17 Jan 2019 -Thu 28 Mar 2019

Terrace Cafe, fortnightly: 10am-12.30pm

Regular sociable crafting sessions in the Devon Guild's Terrace Cafe.

Make and learn in our fortnightly craft sessions on Thursday mornings - beginning with yarn techniques, led by Denise, Guild staff member and dedicated textile maker.
Our first session is on January 17 2019 from 10am  – 12.30pm. Price includes refills of barrista bean coffees, organic loose leaf teas and a choice of freshly baked, crumbly cookies!

£8 per Thursday session, or £6.50 per session if booked as a block (so £39).

Phone: 01626 832223 to book or drop in to the Guild craft shop - or pay as you go.

Bring yourself and your friends to an informal yarn-based making session, to learn new skills or to practise old ones, for inspiration and relaxation. Denise will be leading a knitting/crochet project that'll inspire you. You can make along with her, or you can bring your own projects and work on them with supervision and advice where needed.

Beginners are welcome, as well as more experienced. Bring your favourite yarns!

Denise Symington @yarn_over_needle has been knitting since she was seven years old… She can help, oversee, tutor and advise about any of your crochet and knitting projects.

We will provide materials for the first making session and advise you about what to bring next time.
