FAMILY WORKSHOPS: Old Skills New Ways - woodcrafting sessions for a morning or afternoon. (Choose 10am - 12.30pm OR 1 - 3.30pm.)

Led by Felix Kary.  Come along with a child and learn the craft of using hand tools to make simple green wood objects for the home with Sean and for an introduction to woodcarving with Felix. Making wooden utensils for the kitchen - work with wood and tools to see what you can craft. Part of our Spring exhibition about green wood working, forestry and woodland preservation: Old Skills New Ways (21 March - 10 May 2020.

Booking is for one adult + one child. If you have more than one child, please provide an adult for each one! Perfect for parents, grandparents, godparents, friends, aunties, uncles and children! Booking essential: £30 for a pair (per 2.5 hr session)  - please book as a pair - young and old people welcomed. Lunch is not provided but you can buy it in the Terrace CafĂ© or other places nearby, or bring a packed lunch.
