  • PRIORITY booking for selected events

  • 10% DISCOUNT in our galleries

  • 20% OFF entry to The Leach Pottery

FAQs

  • Friends can use their 10% discount on any item that is for sale in our Jubilee, Riverside, Maker Showcase or Retail galleries!

  • Yes. Spaces will be limited so it is vital that you book your ticket in advance, using the link we will send you via email.

  • We will remind you, via email, when your Friends subscription is coming to the end of the 12 months. If you set up a Direct Debit when registering as a Friend, payment will automatically be taken and you will not need to take any further action. If you made a one-off payment, we will email you with another payment link.

  • If the event is FREE for everyone but you, as a Friend, have been given advanced booking, you can book tickets in advance for whoever you like.

If you have been given a FREE tickets for a paid for event, Joint Friends will have access to 2 tickets and Individual Friends will have access to 1 ticket, but you must make sure you book. Tickets will be first come, first served.

  • As long as one of the named persons on the Joint Friends Subscription attends, you can bring whoever else with you.

  • Please email hello@crafts.org.uk with your name from the email address you registered with, so we can identify you. We’ll send out another card in the post, to the address you used when you signed up.

  • No, you will be issued with a completely new friends number when you make your first payment under the new scheme.

  • No. Currently, we do not currently support this.

  • Once paid, your Friends subscription lasts for 12 months and is non-refundable. We would advise that you make full use of the benefits you have access to, for the entire year and simply don’t renew (i.e. don’t pay again).

Of course, if you would like to go ahead and cancel your subscription anyway (and have your data removed from our system), please just email hello@crafts.org.uk with your request.

  • Get in touch ASAP with your new contact details - we use them to verify who you are so it is important that they are always kept up-to-date.

  • As Friends receive something in return (discounts) for their generous contribution to the Charity, we are not able to claim Gift Aid on these contributions.

We are only able to collect Gift Aid on one-off donations made to the Charity.

  • Email your query to hello@crafts.org.uk and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
